Nick Lenfest led ESB to an 8-4 victory over the Chicopee Tigers on Thursday. Lenfest achieved three hits in four at-bats, hitting singles in the first, second, and sixth innings, to help the Bankers tie the series at one game a piece. 

ESB initiated the scoring in the second inning with three singles, the first run scored on a Gunner Genovese's hit.

Joe Calderella claimed the win for ESB, allowing nine hits and four runs (three earned) across six innings, with three strikeouts and no walks. Race Drobiak was charged with the loss for the Chicopee Tigers, yielding eight runs (seven earned) on 14 hits over six innings, also striking out three without issuing walks.

ESB accumulated 14 hits during the game, with Genovese and Calderella each contributing two RBIs. Dylan Arooth and Jacob Wagner also had multiple hits for ESB. Lenfest added two stolen bases to his performance, and ESB executed a double play.

The Chicopee Tigers gathered 10 hits. Kruezer, H Kagan, and T Kagan each secured two hits, while Cortes, Kagan, and Kagan each contributed an RBI for the Tigers. 

 

 

 It came down to the wire on Thursday, as Saint Joe's grabbed the victory in walk-off fashion, 10-9, over Teddy Bear.

The game was tied at nine in the bottom of the ninth when AJ Dillard drew a walk, scoring the winner.

Saint Joe's collected 14 hits and Teddy Bear had 10 in the high-scoring affair. Teddy Bear got on the board in the first inning after Florence singled, scoring one run.

Dillon Slattery walked, which helped Saint Joe's tie the game at one in the bottom of the first. In the top of the second, Teddy Bear broke up the tie when Nate Morse induced a fielder's choice, but one run scored. Then a walk by Molt followed to extend the lead to 3-1. Teddy Bear added to their early lead in the top of the third inning with a walk, scoring one run, and an error scored two runs.

Saint Joe's flipped the game on its head in the bottom of the fourth, scoring six runs on seven hits to take an 8-7 lead. The biggest blow in the inning was a single by Slattery on a full count that drove in two. Burny hit a sacrifice fly, which helped Teddy Bear tie the game at eight in the top of the fifth. A double by Jake Petrin gave Saint Joe's the lead, 9-8, in the bottom of the fifth.

Teddy Bear scored on a wild pitch, which tied the game at nine in the top of the seventh.

 Petrin earned the win for Saint Joe's. He gave up six hits and three runs over six innings, striking out seven and walking five. Collin Kennedy took the loss for Teddy Bear. He went four and two-thirds innings, allowing two runs on five hits, striking out four and walking eight. Morse led things off on the mound for Saint Joe's. The righty gave up four hits and six runs (four earned) over three innings, striking out two and walking five.

Saint Joe's collected 14 hits in the game. Dev Slattery led the way with three hits in five at-bats from the leadoff position. Slattery went 2-for-3 at the plate and led the team with three RBI. Aaron Little, Brandon Magni, and Petrin each collected multiple hits for Saint Joe's.

Saint Joe's had patience at the plate, tallying 13 walks for the game. Magni, Dillard, Petrin, and Greg Vouros led the team with two free passes each.

Teddy Bear amassed 10 hits in the game. Canata led Teddy Bear with two runs batted in from the number nine spot in the lineup. Burny, Florence, Molt, and Bolduc each collected two hits for Teddy Bear. Clanto led Teddy Bear with four walks. Overall, the team had a strong eye at the plate, accumulating 10 walks for the game. Molt stole three bases. Teddy Bear ran wild on the base paths, amassing seven stolen bases for the game.
